Jon received a B.S. of Science in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University and has done post-graduate work in Chemical Engineering at Polytechnic Institute of New York.

Kevin A. Miller, Ph.D, Chief Chemist

Kevin began his career at Blue Line Corporation in March 2008. Kevin's expertise is in organometallic f element chemistry and holds a Ph.D in Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine. Kevin has authored and co-authored multiple publications covering these areas of chemistry. Kevin's role at Blue Line includes research and product development, improvement of manufacturing efficiency, and testing of all manufactured products.

Shane Mullenix, Plant Manager

Shane began his career at Blue Line Corporation in May 2006. Shane has over 17 years in manufacturing industry. His expertise includes management, operations, maintenance, and process development. At a previous employer Shane co-authored multiple publications which pertained to process improvement. Shane received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Marketing from Texas A&M University

Gina Culotta, Controller

Gina began her career with Blue Line Corporation in May 2009. Gina received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting as well as her Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Mary’s University. In addition to her accounting functions she is actively involved with handling issues pertaining to insurance, human resources, and contract renewal.

Belinda Riggs, Purchasing/Office Manager

Belinda began her career with Blue Line Corporation in April 2001. After a brief departure Belinda returned to Blue Line Corporation in February 2008. Belinda has over 9 years experience in the manufacturing industry. Her expertise includes procurement, management, quality assurance, and operations. Belinda attended Texas Tech University and focused her area of study in Biology.

Valerie Hinojosa, Inside Sales Manager

Valerie began her career with Blue Line Corporation in November 2005. Valerie has over 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry. Her expertise includes customer service, management, inside sales, and operations. Valerie is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from the University of Incarnate Word.

Shawn Kwasny, Quality/EHS Manager

Shawn began his career with Blue Line Corporation in July of 2009. Shawn has over ten years of Safety and Environmental compliance experience and seventeen years of quality assurance experience gained during a twenty-year career in the Marine Corps. His expertise includes management, training, inspecting, auditing and process improvement. Shawn recently received his Bachelors of Science in Environmental Management.

Dean Mullen, Chemical Engineer

Dean has 15 years experience in the chemical industry. His academic foundation includes a Master of Science in chemical engineering and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Cleveland State University. Dean supervises our maintenance operations and is responsible for new equipment design and installation. His areas of expertise include design engineering, control systems and instrumentation, equipment specification and major project installations. His mission is to improve and optimize our overall operations performance.
